By accessing RunReady products, browsing our site, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our site or buy our products.

Your licence
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use it for your own non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

Payments
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you confirm that your payment details are accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that you are the legitimate cardholder or account holder.
We may refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorised payment activity.
Delivery and immediate access
Digital products are delivered electronically, usually by email or download link, immediately or shortly after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can receive our messages.
Where permitted by applicable law, by requesting immediate access to digital content you acknowledge that your right to cancel under consumer protection rules may be lost once delivery begins or download access is provided. See our Refund Policy for details.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. If a refund is approved, your licence to use the product ends immediately and you must delete all copies in your possession.
Intellectual property

Your purchase grants only the limited licence described above — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
User content and feedback
If you send us reviews, suggestions, testimonials, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that material for business purposes, including marketing, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
Disclaimer of warranties

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase or use of our site will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunReady and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or any injury or harm you suffer while following a training programme (except where caused by our negligence or other liability that cannot be excluded by law).
Acceptable use
You may not use our site or products to break the law, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data, interfere with our systems, introduce malware, harass others, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our site or products at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required to do so by law.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were revised. Material changes will apply from the date posted. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using our site and products.
Entire agreement and severability
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise and give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
